Thursday -- 5:30 pm at the west end of the Wabash
Trail (near BJ's Salon)

Saturday -- 7:30 am at Washington Park near the
duck pond

Just a reminder that neither Kellie or I will be here this Saturday. I will also miss Tuesday, as I'll be in Atlanta cheering on the SHG football team!!! Good luck on the course! You will all do great!

Nora & I will be out of town this weekend, but we will be with you in spirit. She's already mapped out a route for us near St. Louis Sat morning...Man, she's a tough cookie! I very much look forward to running the Abe's course with everyone on Tuesday!

Well, it was just me this past Saturday morning. After chatting with the ducks for a few minutes, I returned home and did two miles in the neighborhood. Looking forward to running the Amble route on Tuesday !!

Sorry. Chris E & i did show up. She was about 10 minutes late & i was about 15-20. We were wondering if you came & then left. We did stay at the park & walked about 2.5 miles.
Oh - it is going to be really HOT & Oppressive 94 degrees on Tuesday. YUCK!!!
