Trail (near BJ's Salon)

Saturday -- 7:30 am at Washington Park near the
duck pond

women's distance run

Hello. I was wondering if we had a meeting point set up for this run? Since we missed Tuesday I feel like I'm out of the loop...

I wondered the same thing. I don't feel that I'm ready especially after missing last night. Is everyone planning to meet at the trail tomorrow night or practice the route at the park?

Let's plan to meet at 7:15 in front of the pavillion (where everyone is gathering). This gives us time to discuss plan, pee, warm-up/stretch, pee again, etc.

Don't forget to pick up your packets!

I am unable to meet at the Trail Thursday, but I believe there is a group that usually meets.

Just make sure to get a 2-4 mile run in before Saturday...everyone is going to do awesome! Just remember...this should be an enjoyable, exciting experience. You've come a long way baby! Let's show off our stuff Saturday.

Marla, I plan to be at the Wabash trail meeting point on Thursday at 6:30 PM. I believe Nancy said she would also be there. No plan yet for distance but I hope to do the four miles.

I'm planning on being at the trail tonight. I am really looking forward to the Women's distance run on Saturday and want to be in the best shape possible !

Thursdays aren't good for me but you all know that anyway. I did a 2 mile walk Tuesday (treadmill), and then a 2 mile run last night. Walking is more neck friendly. I did the run 1 walk 2 cycle and felt pretty good toward the end. However, I woke up with a sore stiff neck, and a headache today. I plan to run Saturday. I keep hoping this pain will improve???? See you all at the park. I am really excited!
