Trail (near BJ's Salon)

duck pond

After the Amble .....

I am so psyched for the Amble but a little worried. What happens after the Amble ? I'll definitely need "wunning" buddies or I'll end up back on the couch !! Tressa, do the groups that meet on Panera's have any newbies like me, or are they all runners ? Will our little platoon keep together ? Help !!!
