Athens Heritage Days 4 mile Road Race
A couple friends of mine put on this race. This is the second year, so they are trying to recruit more runners/walkers. The date is September 27th. The cost is $13 and that includes a tee shirt to the first 100 registrants. They asked me to tell my running group. (Who would have thought that I would ever have a running group!) We should do that as a group. Anything (in my opinion) to keep progressing. Also, I need to get more information but Sherman is having their Sesquincentinnial Sept 19, 20 & 21 with a 5K run on the 21st. Would anyone be up for that event?
Is everyone planning on still running together after Abe's?
I will run any event as long as others will do it with me.
As for running after Abe's. I will still run weekly b/c i want to do the Frostbite Run in December so, if anyone wants to continue on meeting, i am in.
I plan on still running after Abe's. Please, count me in! I'm also up for the Athen's run and the Frostbite.
