Trail (near BJ's Salon)

Saturday -- 7:30 am at Washington Park near the
duck pond

Decatur

I'm sending in my entry for the 5K Run/Walk in the Decatur Shoreline Classic. Is anyone interested in training for that with me ?

Nancy, I'm still dealing with nausea and tiredness but if I can get back on track, I'll be happy to continue the routine. We can talk on Tuesday or Thursday.
