Tuesday Rain Out!
A couple of us didn't get the message until late, so we were there and were able to get in a 30 minute workout. Great job!
Thursday Parade Run
Good luck to those of you running the parade run. Drink a ton of fluid that day as it will be HOT, HOT, HOT! Enjoy the crowds and have fun! Anyone not participating in the race may want to meet at the Wabash Trail at 6:30. Double check with Nora or Nancy to see if a group is still meeting.
Saturday Route
We will return to Washington Park 7:30a.m. for a 4 miler (see lower right section of blog for updates). Paul Green will definitely be there to help lead, but there is a good chance I will not. This will be your last "Long Run/Walk" before the Amble...Have Fun!
Not much longer now...You guys are gonna rock your 1st Amble!

I will not be at the trail Thursday night because Chris E and I are doing the parade run.

Best of Luck to Tammy and Chris E for their Thursday Parade Run!! If there's any way I can watch the run to cheer you on and still get to the Wabash Trail for our usual workout, I'll do it. Nancy, what are your plans? Anyone else plan to run the Trail?

I survived the parade run tonight! YAY! :) Not flat like I thought it would be, but fun. What a great night to run!

Congratulations Julie! Tressa was there to watch but said she didn't see you, Tammy or Chris. Guess you were moving too fast for the naked eye! Hope to get a full report from everyone on Saturday morning.
Chris & i did not run. Chris had a prior work commitment & i was still unsure if i wanted to run or not so i volunteered and helped set up the start/finish & cut shoe tags off.
I did see Julie. I was so proud of her. She was awesome!!!
I tried to make the trail at 6:30 but with the parade traffic, i just couldn't make it in time.
It was awesome knowing Tammy was at the finish line. All the reason to push harder at the end. Thanks for being there and clipping my tag!
